This program runs during the school year;
September through June

When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 until 10am.

$70.00 per session
Approx. 20-23 classes in each session
3 sessions per year

Additional Details: The class consists of cardio/step/stability ball/tone & strength training. Students must to bring their own mat and water.
